(Lewes, East Sussex) Blank is committed to "serious poetic theatre", specialising in cross-artform collaborations and making use of multi-media.

(Burwash, East Sussex) Mr Barnes performs famliar works by British authors (e.g. Dickens), dramatised for one man.

(Ashford, Kent) A physical theatre companmy. Much of its work is company-devised and makes a great deal of use of music, occasionally commissioning it specially.
Krazy Kat Theatre Company
(Brighton, East Sussex) A community and TIE company which will do "performances and workshops for anyone anywhere." Their style includes dance theatre, new vaudeville and Commedia dell' Arte.
Moving Word Theatre
(Forest Row, East Sussex) Based on the Eurythmy movement, this company produces theatre and dance for "children and the general public".
Passe-Partout
(Brighton, East Sussex) Theatre in education. A multi-racial company which aims to "enable a community to generate a script" and train members of that community "from within to perform on issues of social importance."
Pied Piper Theatre Company
(Guildford, Surrey) Works in association with the Yvonne Arnaud Theatre. Produces children's theatre aimed at the widest possible audience. Its work is issues-based and grounded in the National Curriculum. It also produces an annual Christmas play.
Playtime Theatre Company
(Whitstable, Kent) TIE and Chidlren's Theatre. Especially interested in the 5 to 13 age range. The company aims to "stimulate a interest in drama and through this to touch on wider issues affecting children's lives.
The Rose Theatre Company
(Forest Row, East Sussex) TIE. "Theatre of transformation, using voice, music and movement." It is particularly interested in Eastern European tourign and cooperation with European organisations.
