This site claims to be directly associated with Helen Baxendale and
her management, but it doesn't say how. There's very little there:
the only pages where you'll find anything are the Biography (very
brief) and the Pictures page. The rest are empty (Aug. '98), in spite
of a promise (dated 27th Oct. '97) that it would be fully operational
by 14th November of that year.
