The Aardvark Players
Based in Coventry and existing for over thirty year, as the site says, "in one guise or another". A new site with posters from past productions (pantos, plays and revues), how to contact and join them, and how to find them.

Abbey Theatre Club
The Abbey TC, of Arbroath in Scotland, do six plays and a panto a year. The plays are in the 70-seater Abbey Theatre. They have recently received a Lottery grant for extension and renovation of the theatre.

Abbey Theatre/Nuneaton Arts Centre
A huge site which covers all the work of this voluntary organisation in Warwickshire: drama, dance, youth theatre, musicals. There are details of its history, how to hire the theater, technical and hire services, and associated organisations. Three frames, with the info frame changing background colour with each page - which leads to some awful colour clashes!

Absolute Banana Theatre Company
Amateur company based in Birmingham, which performs regularly at the Edinburgh Fringe. news, what's on, previous productions, a mailing list, about the group, and how to contact them.

Formerly the Essex Group. Details of its history, its productions and how to join

Act One Productions
An amateur group in the Wirral, performing two shows a year (a variety show in April/May and a panto at Christmas) at the little Theatre, Birkenhead. It arose out of the demise of Double Act Productions and still has details of its show on the site. There are details of the Act One, its shows, its constitution, photographs and a message board.

ACT Productions
ACT Productions is Alsager Community Theatre, an amateur company in South Cheshire and North Staffs. Details about the group and its history, its produtions, news and the show they will be taking to the 2004 Edinburgh Fringe, Under Milk Wood.

Act I Theatre
An amateur music theatre group based in Withington, Manchester. There's a brief history of the group, details of past and future productions, and how to contact them. There are quite a number of photos on the site.

Act 2 Productions
An amateur company in Hatfield (Herts), founded in 2002 by a group of graduates from the University of Hertfordshire Students’ Union Drama Society. Details of past and present productions, about the company, photographs, a message board and a mailing list.

Acting for Charity Theatre (ACT)
Based in Kidderminster (Worcs), ACT does one main show a year and all the profits go to charity. There are details about the group, this year's show and the charities it will support, plus details of past productions. They have raised over £15,000 since 19991.

Act One Pantomimes
A group in Acton, Middlesex, which does only pantos. Formerly called Askew Road Pantomimes. A brief bit about the company, a list of past shows going back to 1977, lots on their most recent production, how to join, an invitation to advertise or sponsor.

Adelphi Drama Company
Billericay (Essex). An Amdram page. Very basic: more of a directory listing than a Web site, really.

Alderley and Wilmslow Amateur Operatic Society
(Cheshire) Details of their latest show and of the theatre in which they play, a fairly brief history, a list of past productions, and their Newsletter.

Adlington Music and Arts Society
(Chorley, Lancs.) There's a list of officials, of present and past shows, plus their last few newsletters and details of where they are and how to find them.

Alrewas Dramatic Society
About the society and its productions, its newsletter, youth group and other associated information.

Altrincham Garrick Theatre
The current season, each play with its own page; the next season (follow the text link, not the one in the navigation frame); other events; details of the theatre's refurbishment (with a Lottery grant); and what each department does.

Anglia Theatre Society
Not updated since 1999.

The Anglo-American Theatre Group
English-speaking theatre group in the Hague, Netherlands. Details of the group, its productions, diary of events, the committee.

Anonymous Players (Lytham St Annes)
(Lancashire) All the usual information.

The Anstey Players
(Leicestershire) Very little here and it hasn't been updated since 2001.

Archway Theatre
The Archway, which is built into a railway arch, is based in Horley, Surrey, near Gatwick. A large site.

The Artisans
A group from Hornchurch, Essex, founded in 1960 and doing three shows a year. What's on and details of membership.

Arundel Players
(Essex) One page: a brief look at their theatre and details about joining.

Ashbeian Musical Theatre Group
Based in Ashby-de-la-Zouche (Leics). Who they are, their productions, contacts and members, their sponsors, the Friends of the society, a FAQ, news and social events.
