Based in Ely, Cambs, this group has raised money for Cancer Research since 1969. It does three major shows a year and this one page site gives details of the current season.

Carlton Operatic Society

Carluke Amateur Operatic Society
(Lanarkshire, Scotland) The first page is most off-putting with a very busy background, lots of cheesy clip art and a very disorganised feel. There are embedded sound files (i.e.no option to switch them off). There's a lot there, including photographs of past presidents going back many years, and there's a members' section which has links to various Word documents, which generate 404 errors. Not an easy site to read, and even less easy to enjoy

Carlton Little Theatre
(Birkenhead) The usual info - about the group and the theatre, the current production, how to get there, photographs and past productions. I experienced some difficulties with the Past Productions page but others report no problems. Awful cheesy music accompanies the home page, with no option to turn it off.

Carver Theatre
The link above takes you to a Flash page which is quite large, has an embedded sound file and, as always, is slow to download. To bypass it, click here.
An amateur company in Stockport, Cheshire, which was founded in 1906. One page is devoted to their current season and the other (very long!) contains all other information.

Cassio Operatic Society
(Watford) Productions, becoming a member, picture gallery, sheet music (an online store), reviews (but these are image files and take a while to download), special occasions, and what the society can offer for hire

The Castle Players

The Carlton Players
(Birkenhead, Merseyside) An announcement tells us that this site is closed until further notice.

Celesta Players
(Didsbury) The usual ingredients: history, past and future productions, location, the social side, membership. No internal navigation beyond the first page, apart from a BACK button.

Chameleon Players

The Charles Cryer is a professional studio theatre in Carshalton, Surrey, which runs an amateur company which is rather different from most. One page with just a little information about the company and how to join.

Chester Theatre Club
