The index of links to amateur theatre companies (K)

Kays Theatre Group
Amateur company in Worcester which presents a panto every year. Bits and pieces of news, previous and forthcoming shows, rehearsal schedule and buying tickets.

KDC Theatre
A Central London based amateur theatre group, doing a rather more varied range of plays than most. The site has details of current and past productions, detailed information on how to act or direct with them, a gallery of photographs, and a FAQ.

Keighley Playhouse
Home of the Keighley Amateur Operatic and Dramatic Society. Two sites - Flash and non-Flash - but unfortunately the non-Flash didn't work! Details of their latest production and a list of previoous productions in such a small font it was unreadable even on my 19" monitor!

Kelvin Players
Future productions, previous productions (back to 1929), details of workshops, and a brief history. The Workshop page talks of a commitment to innovative visual, physical and ensemble theatre and producing new writing and creative adaptations of classic plays.

Kennet Amateur Theatrical Society
They do three productions a year (a variety show, panto and play) but there are few details here. There are reviews of two past shows (jpg files, unfortunately) and pictures of the stage crew.

Kennet Opera
Based in West Berkshire, the company aims "to bring easily accessible, enjoyable Grand Opera and concert song to the community of Newbury and its surrounding areas". About, next and previous shows, contact, support, resources (list of links), press

Kent Countryside Productions
Based in Faversham. This company seems to do only one production a year and that seems to be Shakespeare. There's a page about their next and last productions, with some subsidiary pages giving very few details indeed.

Kenton Light Operatic Society
(Harrow) Two pages, both exactly the same apart from a couple of paragraphs: one gives a brief info and the other tells how to join.

Keswick Amateur Operatic Society
Based in the Lake District and performing in the Theatre By the Lake. The site gives details of its productions, its history, news and how to join.

Kettering Operatic Society
Founded in 1945. Details of future and past productions and of their concert group. Their New Members page gives a phone number to contact.

Keyworth Dramatic Society
(Radcliffe on Trent) A brief history of the group and details of their productions.

Kidderminster Operatic and Dramatic Society
A group established in 1916 and doing a musical and a play (usually a comedy) each year. The site has pages on the society's history, rehearsals and productions, social events and an invitation to join them, either as performer, backstage worker or front of house.

Killin Drama Club
(Perthshire, Scotland) A company going back to 1938. There's a what's on section, a list of shows, and so on

Kilpeck and District Pantomime Society
(Herefordshire) News (which includes a history of the society), the people, how to get involved, previous and coming shows, and an email form to order tickets.

Kingston Operatic Society
Just an ad for their next (July '99) production.

Kingston Vale Operatic and Dramatic Society
A history; details of the committee; news; past, present and future productions and a lot of pictures. Unfortunately the Webmaster(mistress) has a weakness for graphics which jump around a lot!
