Calm Sleep
A bit of an oddity this, but it is theatre-related. Actor Thor Kristinsson
(whose own site we listed lastweek) has produced Calm Sleep, a "a
guided relaxation audio product", which aims to help actors and
others overcome insomnia.
Cambridge Drama Centre
A centre for semi- and non-professional theatre groups, with a year-round
programme of performances and workshops. A lot of information and
nice clean design.
Dee Cannon
Dee Cannon is a voice and acting coach and has been main acting teacher
at RADA since 1993. The site gives details of her and her work, articles
about her and testimonials from those with whom she has worked, news
of what she is doing, whatb she offers as a freelance coach and how
to contact her.

Cramberry Costumes
A costume hire and sales company based in Cheshunt, Herts. They manuacture
about 80% of their stock. Full details of their stock of costumes,
make-up and accessories, as well as special promotions (they were
still advertising their Christmas stock in February, though) and specials
for Year 2000 celebrations.

A not-for-profit theatre consultancy working with churches, schools
and other groups, offering workshops on social issues, acting technique

Brian Dawson Signs
Another oddball link! Brian Dawson (based in the North East of England)
sells various kinds of vinyl signs, from decals to banners, and supplies
all over the UK. Basically this site is a price list! Invaluable if
you're in the market.

Angus Deuchar
Angus Deuchar is a theatre photographer, specialising in black and white portraits of actors and publicity pics of shows. There are a few examples on this site, but the layout of the site is a bit bland, although the photos themselves do exactly what they set out to do.
Dewynters
Dewynters is the UK's leading performing arts and entertainment advertising agenst and design consultants: they are responsible for the eyes of Cats, the Phantom mask, the Miss Saigon helicopter and the Les Mis urchin. They have moved into Website design, too, and have produced some of the best theatre-related sites, including the magnificent site for The Lion King. As you would expect, it's a beautifully designed site and it's growing all the time.
The Dress Circle
The Dress Circle is a shop in Covent Garden which deals with all kinds of merchandise to do with theatre: CDs and cassettes, books, videos, sheet music and libretti, and general theatre merchandise. The Covent Garden store is a joy to visit: so is this site!

Festival
The DLF includes theatre: hence its inclusion here. Details of the
2003 festival: every event is reported on as it happens.
Emergency Exit Arts
A group which produces "celebratory events" and consists of visual
artists, performers, composers, puppeteers, pyrotechnists, designers
and inventors. Thre are details of all the kinds of work they do,
with lots of (thumbnailed) pictures scattered throughput the site.

Essex Stage
A site which aims to cover theatre in Essex. It currently includes
what's on, stage schools, amateur groups and some recommended books.
Richard Evans Casting
Richard Evans is a freelance casting director. The Site tells us about
his experience, what he can offer to producers, how performers can
be seen, and details of workshops which he can offer to drama schools
etc.
Express Events
A company which organises group bookings and outings both at home and abroad. They deal in theatre, concerts, sport etc. This link takes you to the theatre section.
Facade
An organisation, formed in 1989, to promote and produce new works
in musical theatre. It offers to read and comment on shows, courses
and details of some of the shows it's sponsored. There's also a book,
Writing a Musical which I reviewed on 20th October, 1997.

Fascinating Aida
One of Britain's top cabaret groups, and they've put together a very entertaining site. Those who read and enjoy Dillie Keane's Diary in The Stage can add to their enjoyment on this site. It's not exactly theatre, but well worth a visit for all that!
FEATS - Festival of European Anglophone Theatrical Societies
FEASTS is a four day festival of Engliosh language amateur theatre in Europe, with member societies based in Belgium, Denmark, Germany, Holland, Luxembourg, Sweden and Switzerland. Details of past and future Festivals, the Newsletter, the awards and the steering committee.
Fenchurch Booking Agency
A well-known London ticket booking agency. Very thoughtfully they
provide two sets of listings: one heavy on the graphics, using posters
from the shows, and the other text-only.
FestivalHighlights
A collaboration for the 2003 Edinburgh Fringe between producers Martin
Sutherland and James Seabright. The site gives details of their shows.
59 Limited
A company which deals in design, photography and multimedia, with
a definite slant towards the arts in general and theatre in particular.
The site gives full details of all their services and examples of
their work.
First Night Records
The source for show recordings. Most record companies have given up on music theatre-related recordings because the market isn't big enough, and so First Night have filled this gap over sixty shows, from Brigadoon to Miss Saigon. The first stop if you're in the market for music theatre recordings!
Formaat - Theatre of the Oppressed
A Dutch group, listed here because of the info it has to offer on Boal's Theatre of the Oppressed and Legislative Theatre. Unfortunately it presupposes some knowledge.
