Dateline: 20th September, 2005

Just a week after its opening, it has been announced Mike Leigh's latest play, Two Thouand Years, which sold out all its advance tickets at the National's Cottesloe, is to have a short national tour at the beginning of next year. The dates and venues are:

• Bath Theatre Royal : 6th February, 2006
• The Lowry, Salford Quays : 13th February
• Theatre Royal, Newcastle : 20th February
• Warwick Arts Centre : 27th February
• Malvern Theatre : 6th March
• Cambridge Arts Theatre : 13th March
