Early Summer at BAC

Nancy Walsh and John Clancy perform
Cincinnati and The Broccoli Incident
A double bill of shows from New York
Tue 17 - Thu 19 May at 8.30pm in the Studio
£10.75 - £5.50

Cincinnati
Written by Don Nigro

A frighteningly powerful monologue about a woman who used to live a normal, happy life in Cincinnati with her husband and daughter but is now going mad with grief in another city. Her humorous and perceptive lecture on the philosophy of literature gives way to a manic and desperate battle against demons only she can see. Heartbreaking but also energising, pulsating with life, and very, very funny. Nancy Walsh is utterly compelling as a smart, witty woman, cleverly choosing madness as a place of refuge from herself.

Winner: Scotsman Fringe First 2002, Jack Tinker Memorial Spirit of The Fringe Award 2002, Nominated: The Stage - Best Actress 2002

The Broccoli Incident

The award-winning husband and wife team of John Clancy and Nancy Walsh present the UK premiere of their new show: a short comic monologue exploring identity, reality and broccoli.
