BAFTA Craft Awards Winners
The winners of the 2006 BAFTA TV Craft Awards, which honour those who
work behind-the-scenes in television, have been announced.
In the Writer category the winner was Peter Kosminsky who wrote The
Government Inspector, the story of Dr David Kelly. He beat Ricky
Gervais, Stephen Merchant and Russell T Davies.
The BBC's adaptation of Bleak House won three awards: Production
Design, Editing Fiction/Entertainment and Costume Design.
The Director award went to Brian Percival for the BBC production
of Much Ado About Nothing.
The Original Music award went to Rob Lane for Elizabeth I.
