Effective Fundraising
8 November 2005 and 21 February 2006*, 10am - 5pm (£170 plus

There is no limit to fundraising and every opportunity can lead to
a potential funding partner. But how do we approach these funders
with real confidence? How do we nurture our funding partnerships,
making fundraising a long term priority? This course will enable you
to see fundraising in a whole new light. You will discover a range
of fundraising approaches and explore various funding resources.
Booking a Tour
10 November 2005, 10am - 5pm (£80 plus VAT)
Trainer: Katrina Duncan
Booking a Tour - avoid the pitfalls, maintain a professional standard
and make it happen! This is one of ITC's core courses aimed at new
and emerging organisations, brought to you at an affordable price.
The unique structure of this course will allow you to reflect on your
current practices. A chance to share your challenges and successes
with other arts professionals involved in booking tours in the UK.
The Safe Facilitator and Workshop Leader

Using Accounts and Accountants

Are you a general manager or board member who just wants to understand
financial statements? An administrator wanting more confidence in
compiling your end of year accounts? Or do you want to be better equipped
in dealing with auditors? If so, here is an ITC course designed to

Facilitation Skills: for trainers, managers and group leaders
24 November 2005, 10am - 5pm (£170 plus VAT)

Alan Margolis, Managing Consultant of Hampstead Training Consultants,
delivers this course in an approachable, supportive and very entertaining
way. With a good mix of materials, you will explore a variety of learning
tools, and facilitation techniques, using 'bags', 'match sticks' and
information ranging from: the psychology of dealing with people, conflict
resolution and the LAURA framework.
Coaching Skills for Managers: building high performance (Senior

Coaching is seen by many as the cornerstone of a modern management
style. This course aims to equip you with a strong understanding of
the skills and characteristics of an effective coach. Sian will also
provide essential insights into the benefits of a coaching style of
