Durham's Gala Theatre has announced some additions to its spring programme:

New Management Structure at the Gala
Durham City Council has announced a new management structure for the Gala Theatre. It's new committee will consist of coucillors and council officers, with one theatre/non-council person.

Among changes to be made to reduce the theatre's huge deficit will be a reduction in the number of nights for which a show is booked and a change from booking productions on guarantees to box office splits.
