Peter Pan El Musical A Spanish musical version of Barrie's classic children's story, Peter Pan El Musical, comes to the West End's Garrick Theatre from 30th March (previews from 28th) to 27th April. It stars as Mr Darling and Captain Hook Spain's leading musical theatre star Miguel Angel Gamero, whose roles have included Daddy Warbucks in Annie and the narrator in Willy Russell's Blood Brothers. Aimed at children of all ages, Peter Pan El Musical features fourteen original songs and is performed in Spanish with English surtitles. It is produced by Theatre Properties, one of Spain's leading musical theatre production companies. Their previous hits include Man of La Mancha, Blood Brothers, Annie and Jekyll & Hyde. Their next production will be the world premiere of an original musical based on Aladdin. Theatre Properties are donating more than £170,000 to London's Great Ormond Street Hospital as a share of the box office profits to January 2008 from Peter Pan El Musical.
