Zola and Woolf at the National

Emile Zola’s Thérèse Raquin and Viriginia Woolf's The Waves are to join a revival of Coram Boy at the National Theatre from November.

Thérèse Raquin, Nicholas Wright's new version of Zola's own stage adaptation of his novel, opens on 13th November (previews from 4th). It will star Ben Daniels, Mark Hadfield, Emma Lowndes and Judy Parfitt, and will be directed by Marianne Elliott in the Lyttelton.

Waves is a multimedia piece "suggested by" Woolf's experimental novel The Waves and stars Kate Duchêne, Anastasia Hille and Liz Kettle. Directed by Katie Mitchell, it opens in the Cottesloe on 16th November (previews from 8th).

The revival of Coram Boy opens in the Olivier on 29th November.
