Hall and Stein at Stratford Two of the most highly anticipated theatre productions of the year open shortly in Bath and Edinburgh but will also be seen in Stratford-upon-Avon as part of the Royal Shakespeare Company’s Complete Works Festival.
Peter Hall brings Measure For Measure to Stratford for six performances (13th - 16th September) in the RSC’s brand new Courtyard Theatre after its run at the Theatre Royal Bath. The Duke and Angelo will be played by James Laurenson and Richard Dormer and Isabella will be played by rising star Andrea Riseborough.
Legendary European director Peter Stein’s production of Troilus and Cressida will run in the Royal Shakespeare Theatre between 31st August and 9th September after its run at the Edinburgh International Festival.
