Dateline: 19th December, 2008
Shakespeare in Bristol The tenth anniversary programme of Shakespeare at the Tobacco Factory, Bristol, has been announced. Artistic director Andrew Hilton will direct Julius Caesar and Antony and Cleopatra and both productions will be designed by Harriet de Winton. Julius Caesar opens on 18th February (previews from 12th) and runs until 21st March, whilst Antony and Cleopatra opens on 1st April (previews from 26th March) and runs until 2nd May. Alun Raglan plays Antony and Lucy Black Cleopatra, and the cast includes Leo Wringer (Brutus), Simon Armstrong (Caesar and Enobarbus), Clive Hayward (Cassius and Scarus) and Cathy Mckinnon (Calphurnia and Charmian). Also in the cast are Byron Mondahl, Alan Coveney, Paul Currier, Paul Brendan, Marc Geoffrey, Chris Bianchi, Dani McCallum, Dan Winter, Paul Nicholson, Jonathan Nibbs, Peter Clifford, Tom Sherman, Craig Fuller, Nadir Giscir and Sam Harris.
