SATTF Announces 2012 Season Bristol's Shakespeare at the Tobacco Factory has announced its thirteenth season, which runs from 9th February to 5th May, 2012. The season opens with King Lear directed by Andrew Hilton and designed by Harriet De Winton and starring John Shrapnel. This play was SATTFs very first production twelve years ago and the company is delighted to be returning to it in 2012. It runs from 15th February (previews from 9th) to 24th March. Joining it in the season and sharing the same creative team is Chekhov's The Cherry Orchard, SATTF's third excursion into Chekhov, after Three Sisters in 2005 and its Bristol Old Vic co-production of Uncle Vanya in 2009. Julia Hills stars as Ranevskaya.
