Scene and Heard Comedy Gala This is not strictly theatre but it's theatre-related, a good show and a worthy cause, so that's why it's included here! Scene and Heard is a unique mentoring project for children in Somers Town, King's Cross, in which thatre professionals work one-to-one with disadvantaged children to enable them to wrote and perform their own work. We carried a feature on it in February. Now Scene and Heard is holding a comedy gala at UCL Bloomsbury to raise money to continue the work. Compered by Mel & Sue, the line-up features Lee Mack, The Comedy Store Players, Catherine Tate, The Consultants, Gary Le Strange, Richard Herring and Lucy Porter, so it should be a good night out.
