Stand Up Drama is casting June's LONDON BITES, which is to be held at Top Floor, Turnmills, on Thursday 7th & Friday 8th June 2007. London Bites is looking for ten actors, male and female, age 18+ , to perform a mixture of monologues and duologues (max ten mins). Actors, who should be members of Spotlight or Equity, choose and prepare their own pieces, which they will be required to perform at the audition Text may be dramatic or comic and new writing is welcome. It's an opportunity to experiment with new material, try something you've never done before or invite casting directors/agents to watch you. Stand Up Drama's sponsor, Spotlight, also informs all London agents and casting directors about the event and each of the actors involved. Before applying, please read all the information for actors on www.standupdrama.com There is now a £25 admin fee for successful actors to help towards the costs of the show. To apply, please send a CV, head-shot and the extract of script you would like to perform (photocopy or attachment) and cover letter. If you do not send the script we cannot consider your application. If you are accepted for an audition you will hear 6th May, be prepared to audition very soon after.
