Be a TMA Awards Judge Each year the TMA (the Theatrical Management Association) undertakes a campaign to recruit members of the public to act as regional panellists for the TMA Theatre Awards. The panellists perform an important role in assessing and nominating the many drama, opera and dance productions and individual artistic achievements eligible for the annual TMA Awards. The TMA is looking for enthusiastic and knowledgeable theatregoers from throughout the UK who will support the Association in identifying and celebrating the very best theatrical productions in 2005. It is essential that there is a good geographic spread of panellists, for these are the only theatre awards which celebrate the UK's regional theatre. To apply to become a regional panellist, applicants must complete a form and send a 150 word review of a recently seen production together with a list of productions seen in the last 12 months. Successful applicants will be appointed to serve on the judging panel and will receive complimentary tickets for performances. The closing date for applications is 5th July.
