Boeing Boeing

Boeing Boeing is the next production at Oldham’s Coliseum Theatre from May 15 to June 6.

First staged in the '60s, it has enjoyed sell out runs across the globe, including London’s West End and New York.

Bachelor playboy Bernard has the perfect life: a swish Parisian bachelor pad and not one, but three, glamorous globetrotting air stewardess fiancées. When one of Bernard’s fiancées decides to visit him on an unscheduled stopover, he is more than happy to see his surprise visitor.

But when a new speedier Boeing jet means his two other fiancées arrive much sooner than planned, his carefully scheduled love life is thrown out of the window—much to the dismay of his poor, overworked housekeeper, Bertha.

A Coliseum regular, director Robin Herford is a former colleague of Olivier and Tony award-winning playwright Alan Ayckbourn and has performed in many of his plays. Herford was last at the Coliseum directing Sugar Daddies in 2013 and Bedroom Farce in 2014.
