Bullying and Stress in the PA Workplace ITC's General Manager and YPT Co-ordinator, Roger Lang, is to undertake research on stress and bullying in performing arts companies and organisations. He is keen to receive first-hand accounts of instances involving administrators and managers. This may then be used as the basis for articles or to plan ITC seminars on combating stress and bullying in the workplace. All information received will be treated in the strictest confidence, and no information will be used without the consent of the person who has given it. Roger Lang job is to assess the needs of the Younf People's Theatre sector' develop services & resources for the YPT sector, facilitate communication, and help to raise the profile of, and for, the YPT sector.
