Dateline: 14th November, 2003 The Bridewell Panto Alternative The Co-Active Music Factory presents BUILD ME A BRIDGE The perfect antidote to pantomime for lovers of musical theatre! A new musical revue BUILD ME A BRIDGE opens at The Bridewell Theatre from 22nd December to 4th January. The show premiered in New York earlier this year and features songs from selected works of the Charles Miller and Kevin Hammonds partnership. Making connections is the main theme throughout the show. The songs are poignant, sometimes heartbreaking, and sometimes hysterical but focus primarily on human relationships and unfulfilled expectations. A specially featured guest star will join the company for each show, performers confirmed to date include: Linzi Hateley (recently Roxie in Chicago), Paul Baker (Olivier Award winner for Taboo, currently Amos in Chicago), Jenna Russell (from BBCs Born and Bred), Michael Praed (Contact), Lorna Grant (Fame Academy finalist) and Helen Hobson (Eastenders) with more names to be announced.
