The Capstone spring season in Liverpool runs from late January to May, with contemporary music, jazz, world music, dance and dramatic performances and film screenings.
The season also boasts two festivals, including the seventh incarnation of Liverpool International Jazz Festival (February 21 to 24), and international combined arts festival The Angel Field Festival (March 22 to 30), a new addition to Liverpool’s cultural calendar.
The season opens on Jan 26 with The Big Blind, a storytelling show fusing fairy tales from Norway, Scotland, Ireland and India with live performances of contemporary Scandinavian folk music.
