Coats become characters in Cloaks

Leicester’s fishhouse theatre will be taking its new production Cloaks, set in a theatre cloakroom where customers’ coats become characters, to the 2016 Buxton Fringe.

Writer Alison Dunne said, “the play looks at women’s lives, love and loss in a funny and tender way. Leicester has been in the news a lot lately and we want to do our bit to spread the word about our lovely, creative city.”

The cast features Lesley Emery and Charlotte Bond. Cloaks runs at the Lee Wood Hotel, Manchester Road, Buxton—a short walk from the Opera House—on Thursday 7 July at 2PM and 8PM, Friday 8 July at 11AM, 3PM and 8PM and Sunday 10 July at 11AM, 2PM, 5PM and 8PM.
