Simon Armitage and Dominic Marsh return to Liverpool with the world première of Told by an Idiot’s I Am Thomas.
A “brutal comedy with songs”, it tells the true story of Thomas Aikenhead, a Scottish student who was the last person in Britain to be executed for blasphemy.
It runs from February 19-27.
The cast includes Marsh, who was last seen as Macheath in Dead Dog in a Suitcase (and other love songs) at the Everyman in 2014 and 2015.
