Dateline: 26th March, 2010 Creative Scotland Approved The bill to set up Creative Scotland, the replacement for the Scottish Arts Council and Scottish Screen, has been approved by the Scottish Parliament. The Public Services Reform Bill was passed by 109 votes to 16 and will receive the Royal Assent in the summer. On Tuesday Edinburgh City Council approved plans to Creative Scotland from its current home in Manor Place to Waverley Gate in Waterloo Place.
