Nine Elms development to include 750 sq m of creative space

750 square metres of cultural space is being offered in Embassy Gardens, a development in London's Wandsworth due for completion from 2019 for use exclusively by creative organisations.

Applicants will be considered from any creative discipline and for all of or any percentage of the 750m2 area. Shared use by groups working in partnership will also be considered.

Submissions should include how use of the space will include engagement with the community and collaboration with existing arts and cultural groups.

The available space is spread across two floors and is offered with a 25-year lease at a peppercorn rent.

Embassy Gardens is a site being developed close to the new US Embassy in Nine Elms and will be served by two new Northern Line Tube stations due to open in 2020.

Organisations wishing to be considered are to submit a written application online; the deadline for applications is 28 April. Panel interviews will take place for all shortlisted organisations.
