Seventh rock ‘n’ roll panto in a row: Dick Whittington

Casting has been announced for the Stafford Gatehouse Theatre production of Dick Whittington the Rock ‘n’ Roll Panto at Christmas 2018.

Max Runham will take the lead role while Laura Sillett will play Alice. Peter Manchester will be Sarah the Cook, Guy Freeman is Billy Bungalow, Tomas Wolstenholme becomes King Rat and Jofre Alsina will be Alderman Fitzwarren.

Patrick Burbridge takes the role of Rat Smallpox, Mike Slader will be Rat Scurvey, Lana Walker has the dual roles of Fairy Bow Bells and Rat Scrofula and CiCi Howells will be Tabby the Cat.

Dick Whittington the Rock ‘n’ Roll Panto will be the seventh consecutive rock ‘n’ roll panto at the Gatehouse. Rob Salmon will direct, production designer is Deborah Mingham, choreographer will be Verity Bray and David Hewson will be musical director.

Dick Whittington the Rock ‘n’ Roll Panto runs from Friday 7 December until Sunday 6 January 2019.
