New Donmar Season Announced

The late spring/summer season at the Donmar Warehouse was revealed today. It follows the two already announced productions: David Eldridge's new version of Ibsens's The Wild Duck, directed by Michael Grandage, which opens next week (13th December, previewing from 8th, to 18th February) and Mark Ravenhill's latest play, The Cut, starring Ian McKellen, from 28th February (previews from 23rd) to 1st April, 2006.

From 11th April (previews from 6th) to 3rd June, Clare Higgins stars in a new version of Racine's Phaedra by Frank McGuinness.

From 13th June (previwews from 8th) to 5th August Thea Sharrock will direct a revival of John Mortimer's A Voyage Round My Father, starring Derek Jacobi.

From 15th August to 7th October Michael Grandage will direct Frost/Nixon by Peter Morgan, based on an interview between David Frost and US President Richard Nixon. It will star Michael Sheen as Frost.
