Dublin Fringe Festival Director

Dublin Fringe Festival, Ireland’s leading, curated, multi-disciplinary festival of innovative arts, is now recruiting for the position of Director. If you are passionate and committed to all areas of the arts, with vitality and vision to lead the festival and its team into its next phase of development, we would like to hear from you.

Interested candidates should have the following:

  • Demonstrated artistic vision and capacity in developing new and innovative arts;
  • An ability to plan and develop this exciting event;
  • A proven track record in management;
  • Proven acumen in the areas of marketing and financial development.

The current director, Vallejo Gantner, says, "The Fringe is an unbelievably exciting Festival with a tremendous possibilities for interesting growth and development. It is at the very front edge of what's happening here in Ireland, and there is tremendous scope in the position and event to do wonderful things locally and internationally.

"It is a fully curated, multi-discipline arts festival of programmed, semi-programmed and self - presenting work. We would hope that the incoming Director would start the last quarter of 2004 during or immediately before the 2004 Festival."
