Dateline: 4th November, 2005
As part of the Arts Council England, East's Escalator initiative, the East to Edinburgh project is now seeking expressions of interest from companies and artists living or working in Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Essex, Hertfordshire, Norfolk or Suffolk and planning to take work up to the Edinburgh Fringe Festival in 2006. Last Fringe, East to Edinburgh supported thirteen companies, employed a freelance press agent, organised print distribution, arranged for venue managers to see the work and convened weekly networking socials.
