Last ever Guy Masterson Animal Farm

Fringe veteran actor and producer Guy Masterson will revive his highly-acclaimed one-man Animal Farm based on George Orwell's classic short novel for one final performance at this year's Fringe.

Masterson plays Napoleon, Snowball, Old Major, Boxer, Squealer and all of the other characters from the novel in a two-hour performance that our reviewer called "a real tour de force" when it last appeared at the Fringe in 2004.

He has reluctantly been persuaded to revive a show that "nearly killed him" the last time he performed it for this year's Assembly Rooms thirtieth anniversary celebrations, but says that this will its last ever performance. It will be performed once only on Tuesday 24 August 2010 at 14:45 at Assembly @ George Street.
