The Mark Marvin Rent Subsidy Award (£1500), which is given to enable a production to fund ther rent for a theatre, went to Shapeshifters for their production of Lark Rise to Candleford.

The Empty Space/Peter Brook Awards are made in honour, not opf individual productions, but of a body of work which is exciting and innovatove from small studio venues which receive little or no public funding.
