Autumn 2019 will see English National Ballet present three ballets, Cinderella, Le Corsaire and Nutcracker, on tour in its 70th anniversary season.

Following Christopher Wheeldon’s in-the-round restaging of Cinderella at the Royal Albert Hall in June 2019, the proscenium arch version will tour to Manchester’s Palace Theatre (17–19 October) and Southampton’s Mayflower Theatre (23–26 October). Le Corsaire will return to Milton Keynes Theatre (20–23 November), six years after its world première there in 2013, staged by Anna-Marie Holmes with sets by Hollywood designer Bob Ringwood and live music performed by English National Ballet Philharmonic. Continuing its Christmas tradition of presenting a production of Tchaikovsky's festive ballet each year since 1950, Nutcracker will tour to the Liverpool Empire (27–30 November).

During its 70th anniversary season, ENB will give away 70 tickets in each of the for cities to which it is touring to individuals who are making a positive impact in their community. Alongside performances, there will be a range of workshops and events throughout the tour, including dance workshops, live drawing and behind-the-scenes talks.

Following the tour, Nutcracker (11 December to 5 January) and Le Corsaire (8–14 January) will also be performed at the London Coliseum.
