Anti-War Musical Transfers

Footsteps to the Moon, the anti-war musical by Paul Prescott and Rod Anderson, is to transfer to the Cockpit Theatre for one week (May 24 - 28) following its world premiere at the White Bear Theatre in March.

It was described by What's On in London as "a cross between Apocalypse Now, Stop The World I Want To Get Off and Jeff Wayne's War of The Worlds concept album" and "an ambitious, epic work."

Author Paul Prescott and composer Rod Anderson have created eleven musicals together. Paul's most recent work was the Dusty Springfield biography, Dusty The Musical, which successsfuly toured the UK. Rod was responsible for composing the original music for the West End sell-out production of Round the Horne... Revisited.

The cast features Claire Bryan, Corinne Carlisle, Ian Hallard, Jo Howard, Lila McConigley, Derry Pope, Dudley Rogers, Andrew Thwaite.
