LoveHistory Ltd and St Georges Hall stage a brand-new series of promenade Catacombs Tours, The Gangs Of Victorian Liverpool on February 20 with tours beginning from the Heritage Centre in St George’s Hall.
Liverpool in the 19th century was a place full of contradictions; from the rich and the poor, the lawful and the lawless, the civilised and the uncivilised. The gangs of Liverpool’s past will introduce the toughest of characters who spread violence around the streets of the city, all with the magnificent backdrop of the Hall.
