Tall Stories’ musical adaptation of Julia Donaldson and Axel Scheffler’s The Gruffalo returns to Warwick Arts Centre, Coventry in 2014 after a sixth West End season.

All the characters from the book will be on stage including Mouse, the cunning Fox, the eccentric old Owl and the party-mad Snake. Armed with only a map and a little courage, Mouse has to make sure she does not end up as dinner for these wily woodland creatures and tries to outwit them with the story of the fabled Gruffalo.

The creative team includes director Olma Jacobs, creative producer Toby Mitchell, designer Isla Shaw, composers Jon Fiber and Andy Shaw, and lighting designer James Whiteside.

The Gruffalo runs at Warwick Arts Centre from Saturday 29 November until Sunday 4 January 2015.
