Theatre by the Lake’s production of Handbagged has been wowing audiences and critics since opening in June and the theatre announces five more performances—four new matinées on September 21, October 12, October 24 and November 4 and one new evening performance on November 4.

The play imagines the weekly conversations between Margaret Thatcher and the Queen, and speculates what really happened behind closed palace doors when two of the most powerful women in the world clashed.
