Hawth up for Tender

Crawley Borough Council is inviting tenders for the running of The Hawth.

The invitation to tender reads:

The Council is seeking suitably experienced companies to manage the Hawth Theatre for an initial period of 7 years (with 7 years optional extension). The Hawth Theatre offers one of the liveliest and most diverse programmes of arts and performance in the South East. It is recognised as a regional venue with an excellent reputation for presenting a quality, wide ranging programme of productions, events and concerts. It is also highly regarded as a unique and inspiring venue for meetings and conferences, with a versatile range of rooms and facilities available.

The council envisages that the minimum number of tenders required will be three and the maximum six.

The time-limit for receipt of tenders or requests to participate is 28th March, 2011.
