Dateline: 19th October, 2003 Horla Goes to Greenwich for Christmas Horla Theatre Company is to present its first production since the closure in August of the Rose and Crown Theatre where it had been the resident company for the past three and a half years at the Greenwich Playhouse. Grimms 2003, described as a "Feast Of Fairy And Folk Tales From Around The World" (adapted & directed by Alistair Green with musical direction by Vanessa Lucas-Smith), runs from 25th November to 21st December. There are two tales from Russia: about the infamous 'Baba-Yaga' and a bride-stealing Vampire. From Italy we follow a young man on a journey for the land where no-one ever dies and, due to the unfortunate death of the dwarfs, comes Horla's own Snow White & The Seven Puppets. With a cast of ten the show uses mime, physical theatre, dance, live music and puppetry - twenty stories packed into one evening.
Please note that all three Archive indices are very long and will therefore take some time to download.
