An Immaculate Tour

One of BTG editor Peter Lathan's favourite shows from the 2005 Edinburghn Fringe is on tour this month and next month. Theatre company Les Enfants Terribles is touring Immaculate to six venues in the UK, including an eighteen performance stay at the Old Red Lion in Islington, before moving on to the Streetwise Fringe in Dubai.

Immaculate is the black comedy about how a modern woman would feel if it was revealed to her that she had been chosen - without so much as a by-your-leave! - to be pregnant with the Son of God. It is a comedy of "misconceived conceptions that explores religion, relationships and responsibilities."

Nick Hern Books is to publish the script to coincide with the London run.
