Liverpool Everyman and theatre company Middle Child are on the lookout for the city’s best karaoke kings and queens to belt out a song during the new show Us Against Whatever from March 20 to 23.
Us Against Whatever is a cabaret, taking audiences back to 2016. With the Brexit vote on the horizon, the story follows Anna and Steph. Both looking for a place to call home, Polish woman Anna is questioning her decision to move to the UK and Steph, from Hull, watches as her city changes under austerity.
Audiences will be encouraged to join in by singing karaoke songs during the show.
