La Cage Extends and Changes Cast The Menier Chocolate Factory production of La Cage aux Folles, currently playing at the Playhouse Theatre, has extended its booking period and will have two new stars. Its current stars Douglas Hodge (Albin) and Denis Lawson (Georges) have extended their stay in the musical until 17th January, after which they will be replaced by Graham Norton and Steven Pacey respectively. Norton will remain with the show until 25th April, 2009, but, because of TV commitments, will not appear on 24th and 31st January, 4th, 11th, 18th and 25th March, and 1st, 8th, 15th and 22nd April. On 17th December La Cage aux Folles will be featured on the Royal Variety Performance on BBC 1 at 7.30pm. Making their appearances alongside the fabulous Cagelles will be the production’s Zazas old and new – Douglas Hodge and Graham Norton.
