Manchester actress Nadia Clifford takes the central role of Jane Eyre and Tim Delap is Rochester when Charlotte Brontë’s masterpiece, Jane Eyre, comes to The Lowry from April 8 to 15.

This year marks a significant time to be touring Brontë’s classic: it’s the 170th anniversary of the first publication of Jane Eyre.

This new stage version was originally presented in two parts at Bristol Old Vic, and then transferred to the National Theatre, re-imagined as a single performance, playing to sold out houses.
