The Bridewell's Final Lunchbox Production

For the final show of the season, Lunchbox Theatre at the Bridewell presents the world premières of two new musicals: Still Life, book & lyrics by David Javerbaum, music by Jenny Giering, and Passage of Dreams, book & lyrics by Katie Baldwin, music by Jeff Tang, from 4th to 27th November.

For the final show of its season, Lunchbox Theatre at the Bridewell complements the main-house musicals programme with a double bill of short American musicals by recent graduates from the renowned Tisch School of the Arts at New York University.

Still Life
Helen, Sarah and Honey pause at the threshold of change to arrange their memories into a still life: a single peaceful image. A heart-warming musical about a family of women as they embrace a new future.

Passage of Dreams
An estranged couple rediscover love with the help of a flower girl who craves the fantastical as much as she provides it for others. A surreal musical about an unlikely love triangle.

The double bill will be directed by Lunchbox Director, Paul Griffiths (who directed Equal Partners, last month's Lunchbox offering), with musical direction by Tom Deering, choreography by Cressida Carre and design by Carrie Southall. At less than 50 minutes, these two new musicals provide ideal lunchtime fare: music, drama and dance… Audience members are welcome to bring food and drink into the auditorium and the theatre even provides free caffeine to help ease the return to the office!

Tockets are £6 (£5 concessions) and the shows run for approximately 45 minutes, starting at 1.00 pm on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays only.
