British touring production company Immersion Theatre present the UK première of new musical, Rapunzel.
This tongue-in-cheek reworking of the classic fairytale comes from the team behind the hit television show Friends whose writers, David Crane and Marta Kauffman, have penned the book and lyrics for the show which has music by Michael Skloff.
James Tobias directs a cast made up of Jo Wickham as Witch, Rebecca Ayres the headstrong Rapunzel, Luke Francis as the shy Prince Brian and Dan Dawes and the Narrator.
Musical direction is by Rob Gathercole and choreography is by Kim Eyles.
Rapunzel starts it tour at Sundial Theatre, Cirencester on 7 February and then goes on to visit
