Children can discover Who Dunnit at Royal and Derngate

Spy skills and sleuthing are the themes for two drama courses at Northampton’s Royal and Derngate during the half-term break.

Children aged from 8 to 13 can enjoy four days of creative activities at the Who Dunnit? course while younger children aged from four to seven can join the Spy School course.

Both workshops will encourage children to explore the arts through specially designed activities. The older group will enjoy tackling cryptic clues and mysterious messages while trying to discover who has been stealing the town’s prized possessions, with the course culminating in a performance for family and friends.

The younger group at the Spy School sessions will delve into the top-secret skills of being a spy through silly games, drama, fun, arts and crafts.

The Who Dunnit? and Spy School drama courses will take place in the theatre’s Underground spaces from 10AM until 3PM from Tuesday 26 until Friday 29 May. The cost is £100 per child.

Places can be booked by calling the box office on 01604 624811 or online at the Royal and Derngate web site. Further information is available by calling Ashley Elbourne on 01604 627566 or emailing [email protected].
