A unique show that’s been a huge hit in Edinburgh and the West End comes to Blackpool’s Grand Theatre for its only UK appearances this year. BLAM! wraps up action sequences, slapstick comedy, and even free running to become one of the most high-energy physical theatre shows ever seen in the resort.

Manchester’s Three Minute Theatre hosts two new plays exploring the black shadows of humanity. Angels tells the story of Angela and Mr Johnson. What starts out as a routine appointment turns into something infinitely more sinister. Fracture features The Brothers, their Boss and The Girls. This new play explores the deep cracks that exist below the surface of society.

Bill Russell and Janet Hood's musical Elegies for Angels, Punks and Raging Queens will be performed in Manchester as an official event for Manchester Pride. It runs nightly from August 20-24 at the Joshua Brooks venue on Princess Street, Manchester.

Pulse Mcr’s latest production is the dark, multi-layered Point of Departure. It’s on until Saturday at the Three Minute Theatre in Oldham Street, Manchester, and is not suitable for those under 16.
