Actress Brigit Forsyth stars alongside her daughter, Zoe Mills, in Killing Time: an irreverent brand new comedy exploring inspiration, music, life and the right to die. It’s at The Lowry in Salford Wednesday to Saturday.

Tim Rice and Andrew Lloyd Webber’s Evita comes to the The Lowry in Salford from Tuesday to Saturday.

Rhiannon Faith presents Scary Sh*t, an art/dance/theatre show “with attitude, a big heart and a smutty mouth”, at Oldham Coliseum Theatre Studio on Thursday and Friday.

A new daytime theatre treat, with darker intentions, opens inside Preston Guild Hall’s Lancaster Suite next Wednesday afternoon. Each month, Birmingham-based Don't Go Into The Cellar! theatre company presents a performance in the intimate setting. Formed in 2010, it specialises in theatrical Victoriana in a macabre vein.

Voices from around the world will be heard in a performance of poetry and music at The Dukes in Lancaster next Wednesday. Beyond The Water's Edge: Poetry From Our World is presented as part of Lancaster Litfest which runs to March 26.

Beetham’s Heron Theatre, north of Lancaster, hosts a show on Saturday March 18 that had an acclaimed London première last month. Cautionary Tales For Daughters, or songs your mother never taught you, is written, composed and performed by Tanya Holt.
