Dateline: 6th July, 2003 Wilson's Final NYT Season There will be three productions in Edward Wilson's final season as director at the National Youth Theatre. From 22nd August to 13th September the company will perform a new stage adaptation of Barry Hines' novel Kes, which was made into a very successful film by Ken Loach. Adapted by Lawrence Till, it will be directed by John Hoggarth. It plays at the Lyric, Hammersmith. At roughly the same time (27th August to 13th September) the company will perform Immaculate Conceit, an adaptation of the novel by Stella Duffy with a cast of eighteen in the Lyric's Studio. Finally the company is to perform Eliot's Murder in the Cathedral, the first play that Wilson directed at the NYT sixteen years ago, in both Southwark (28th August to 5th September) and Westminster (11th and 12th September) Cathedrals.
Please note that all three Archive indices are very long and will therefore take some time to download.
